At Modern Merchant, every piece is chosen with care — so you can build a life around things that look beautiful, work beautifully, and were made to last.
"The kind of shop that makes you slow down and actually look."
Serving
the Sheridan community with curated quality goods.
Modern Merchant was founded on a simple conviction: shopping should feel like discovering, not enduring. Located on Coffeen Avenue in the heart of Sheridan, we've built a space where every product has a story and every visit is deliberate.
We don't chase trends or fill shelves with noise. Instead, we curate — selecting pieces that balance beauty with usefulness, quality with value. The result is a store that reflects the people who live here: practical, discerning, and proud of the details.

Every item passes our standard — if it wouldn't earn a place in our own home, it doesn't make the cut.
We're your neighbors. Supporting local means supporting the community we all share and value.
